Topic Maps (TM) is a powerful standard family to describe real world scenarios in computer processable data structures. On one hand it is so generic that arbitrary ontologies can be de?ned on the other hand this limitless concept brings up some problems when visualising this information to users who are not familiar with Topic Maps. To make TM databases applicable for end users it is necessary to solve the visualising problems of such a generic concept without enforcing limitations to it.
