The paper presents a new modeling paradigm for modular modeling of hybrid systems. Moduls are designed by using Extended Timestamp nets for representing the internal hybrid dynamic behavior of models. The input/output behavior of a module is defined by means of condition and event signals which may carry any information concerning internal states or state transitions, respectively.
