Kurzfassung
Die diabetische Polyneuropathie ist maßgeblich an der Entwicklung diabetischer Fußkomplikationen beteiligt. Im Rahmen dieses Forschungsvorhabens sollen die pathophysiologischen Zusammenhänge zwischen peripheren somatischen und autonomen Nervenstörungen und der Entwicklung trophischer Veränderungen im Bereich der Knochen, Bindegewebe und der Haut des Fußes untersucht werden.
