Immune Response Biomarker Profiling will be performed for serum, tears, and aqueous humor samples. The reactivity of antibodies from serum, tears, and aqueous humor against proteins on Protein Microarrays containing approximately 8,000 proteins will be investigated in cooperation with Invitrogen.
Comparisons will be made across the samples from glaucoma (POAG) patients and non-glaucoma patients.
