Kurzfassung

Degue fever is a mosquito-borne infection and major health concern in various regions worldwide. Deterministic and also stochastic models have been proposed to describe the spread of Dengue. Mathematical tools from optimal control can help to simulate, predict and improve the effectiveness of campaigns against the disease. The projects aims to combine the expertise of the German and the Portuguese partners to be able to answer optimization questions for complex models reflecting the infection...Degue fever is a mosquito-borne infection and major health concern in various regions worldwide.
