Development concerning possible restrictions and control on Foreign Direct Investment in Germany. The reason is the fear of the transfer of know-how. In the future, it will be interesting to follow the consequence of the amended acts. The stricter enforcement ban could also bring foreign investors to reconsider Germany as a suitable location for investments.
