Kurzfassung

The aim of the project is to develop intervertebral disc implants with which the individual lordosis can be adjusted. The flexible adjustment of the height of the implant should make it possible be to adapt the lordosis individually to the patient. The setting of the stroke should be realized by means of gear wheels. A major challenge of the project is that the gears work smoothly in the patient, between the vertebrae.
