Kurzfassung
This project aims to develop a Proof-of-Concept (PoC) gene prediction model (here named GLUH) that builds on the State-of-the-Art gene prediction model Tiberius, established by the group of Prof. M. Stanke. The model builds on this foundation to jointly analyze unaligned homologous loci from several species from a family, without relying on traditional multiple sequence alignments, which are computationally costly and error-prone and this without the requirement of fully labeled data.
