This project represents a structured, system-level intervention aimed at improving the quality and consistency of clinical education for mid-level health professionals (Midwives and Nurses) in Uzbekistan. The intervention comprises the design, delivery, and institutional integration of competency-based Training-of-Trainers (ToT) and advanced skills modules using simulation pedagogy.
