Kurzfassung

Randomisierte Phase II-Studie für Patienten mit metastasiertem kastrationsrefraktärem Prostatakarzinom nach Progression oder Intoleranz nach Chemotherapie mit Docetaxel. Die Patienten werden mit Human Anti-PDGFRa  Monoclonal Antibody IMC-3G3 plus Mitoxantrone plus Prednisone oder Mitoxantrone plus Prednisone behandelt.
