Kurzfassung

Aim of our study is the evaluation of A-beta-driven changes in microbial community, assessment of changes in microbial composition as biomarker for cognitive impairment, and analysis of impact of transferred microbial age on AD pathology. This will be conducted on a single cell (or micro-sample) basis by pre-selecting reactive microorganisms.
