Kurzfassung

This is a randomized, double-blind, parallel-group, multicenter study to evaluate and safety of intranasal esketamine plus an oral antidepressant compared with an oral antidepressant (active comparator) plus intranasal placebo in delaying relapse of depressive symptoms in adult male and female subjects with TRD who are in remission following an induction and stabilization course with intranasal esketamine plus an oral antidepressant.
