Kurzfassung

We set out

1. To assess the impact of clopidogrel, prasugrel, ticagrelor on endothelial function and markers of vascular oxidative and inflammatory stress upon acute administration and during a 4-weeks follow-up in patients with coronary artery disease undergoing stenting.
2. To assess the impact of the three study drugs on the endothelial dysfunction induced by coronary artery stenting.
