Targeted pharmacological reversal of electrical remodeling after cardioversion. A randomized trial to test the hypothesis that short term pharmacological reversal of electrical remodeling after cardioversion is equally efficient to prevent recurrent atrial fibrillation as standard long-term antiarrhythmic therapie.
