The innovative teaching project is focused on a a closer look into psychotherapy during the study of psychology or medicine. The conceptualization and implementation is based on self-experiences analogous to professional training elements for licenced psychotherapists. Strategies of the first, second and third wave of cognitive-behavioral therapy are integrated to get the whole picture of the method.
