Objective The main objective of this study is to psychometrically validate the Weiss Functional Impairment Rating Scale (WFIRS-P) in Canada, US, UK, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, and the Netherlands, with parents of children/adolescents with ADHD. Recruitment Recruitment of parents/ carers of ADHD children and adolescents with ADHD through patient panels. Recruitment of parents/ carers of healthy children and adolescents through a commercial recruitment agency, schools, and parent teacher...Objective The main objective of this study is to psychometrically validate the Weiss Functional Impairment Rating Scale (WFIRS-P) in Canada, US, UK, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, and the Netherlands, with parents of children/adolescents with ADHD. Recruitment of parents/ carers of healthy children and adolescents through a commercial recruitment agency, schools, and parent teacher associations. Sample 400 parents/ carers (50 per country) with children and adolescents aged 6-17 years with ADHD. 150 parents of healthy children (50 in US, 50 in UK and 50 in Germany) will also be recruited as a control group.
