Grundtvig-Project. How can people enter the job sector of adult education, particularly graduates who have studied educational science, sociology and psychology? What do employers from adult education expect from them? The article presents the results of the EU Grundtvig project L@jost, which carried out a transnational analysis with seven partners from six EU states.
