The preparation and superconducting and transport properties of thin films of the heavy fermion superconductor CeCu2Si2 are reported. Superconductivity with onset temperatures above 600 mK was observed. The resistively measured temperature dependence of the upper critical field could be self-consistently fitted by Werthamer-Helfand-Hohenberg-theory with a Maki parameter ? ? 20 and a spin-orbit scattering parameter ?SO ? 6.
