Inhaltszusammenfassung

The influence of lattice defects produced by low temperature irradiation with 25 MeV 16O-ions on (T) and Tc of thin films of CeCu2Si2 is reported. Besides a nearly temperature independent additive increase of (T) the main effects are a shift of the low temperature maximum in (T) to lower temperatures and a reduction of the temperature range where a T2-dependence is observed. The most striking result is the extreme sensitivity of Tc to lattice defects, resulting in a complete suppression of Tc...The influence of lattice defects produced by low temperature irradiation with 25 MeV 16O-ions on (T) and Tc of thin films of CeCu2Si2 is reported. Besides a nearly temperature independent additive increase of (T) the main effects are a shift of the low temperature maximum in (T) to lower temperatures and a reduction of the temperature range where a T2-dependence is observed. The most striking result is the extreme sensitivity of Tc to lattice defects, resulting in a complete suppression of Tc (<6 mK) at an estimated concentration of displaced atoms of about 1%. » weiterlesen» einklappen
