Pinning and irreversibility behavior of dc-sputtered and Au-irradiated Bi-2212 films have been investigated by means of SQUID-magnetometry. For different field regimes a basically different course of the irreversibility line as a result of Au-irradiation is found. A maximum shift of the irreversibility line by 20K occurs at H = 15kOe as a result of irradiation by a dose of ? = 1011cm?1, whereas for higher fields, the efficiency of the columnar defects is reduced.
